Even with our taproom doors closed for now while we relocate, we’re beyond honored to see Brix City Brewing still making waves in the NJ beer world: we’ve earned mentions in two recent “Best of New Jersey” brewery roundups!

Our head brewer, Jorge, recently traveled to Yakima Valley for hop harvest, joining brewers from around the country to explore farms, tour processing facilities, and hand-select hops for upcoming brews. His trip was filled with fresh flavors, new friendships, and plenty of inspiration that will make its way into our beers soon.
