TAPROOM UPDATE: Last day of service will now be Thursday, May 29th!

As we approach the final days at 4 Alsan Way, we wanted to give you all a quick update on what to expect:

🗓 We’ll be extending our time at 4 Alsan Way just a little longer—our last day of service will now be Thursday, May 29th. Please note: we are no longer releasing new beers, so all pours and to-go options will be based on our current inventory. As we approach the 29th, some selections may sell out—but we expect to have plenty to get us through. If anything changes, we’ll give you a heads up so no one’s caught off guard.

🏠 In an effort to remain as transparent as possible: We do not have a new taproom location secured yet. We are actively searching, but we want to take the time to find the right space—something that meets all of our needs and allows us to continue doing what we love at the highest level. We'll be sharing updates throughout the process and appreciate your patience as we work to find our new home.

👨‍🔬 During our time without a taproom, Jorge will continue on as our Head Brewer, playing a key role in keeping the beer flowing. He’ll be working closely with our industry partners to ensure we continue brewing the beers you love—at the same quality you've come to expect—for distribution to your favorite bars, restaurants, and liquor stores. When the time comes, Jorge will also be instrumental in helping us bring our new space to life.

🚚 Home delivery will continue through this week, with Thursday, May 22nd as the final day for deliveries. After that, our online store will remain open for merch sales only. We'll continue to ship orders and will also be dropping some limited-edition merch over the coming months—so keep an eye out.

We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support through this time of transition. While this is the end of one chapter, it’s just the beginning of the next—and we can’t wait to share what comes next with all of you.
