Last Minute Mayhem is back after a long hiatus! A throwback to a few years ago, this is one of the first NE style TIPAs we had ever brewed at Brix City. This explosive beer ticks in at an aggressive 10% ABV but is surprisingly smooth and is Triple Dry Hopped with a choice selection of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo Cryo, and Cascade Cryo. Pouring this into a glass reveals a hazy bright tangerine-colored liquid and upon sipping we’re finding notes reminiscent of candied oranges, freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, sweet pineapple, and honey with a touch of sticky pine in the finish.
