We're back at it again this week with a fresh batch of Mango Jams (one of our OG Milkshake IPAs) and an all-new IPA, Surviving Not Thriving! See below for more details!

Mango Jams is our Milkshake style DIPA that’s brewed to bring you right to warm days of summer with each sip! Checking in at 8%, Mango Jams was brewed with Lactose, hopped with Citra and Mosaic, and conditioned on a healthy dose of Vanilla and fresh Mango Purée. Pouring this one into a glass reveals a super-saturated orange liquid and fluffy white head. Upon tasting, we get flavors and aromas of mango sorbet, sweet orange creamsicle, pink pineapple, and light citrus zest.

The beginning of a new year is always a litttttle rough for the booze business… between Dry January and New Year’s Resolutions there’s a bit of a lull in the consumption of beer and it’s around this time each year that a few more of Gabe’s hairs turn gray. So, as January comes to a close we decided to brew up an IPA to honor of our “favorite” time of year. Surviving Not Thriving is a brand new 6.5% NE style IPA. Featuring our special “Low Temperature Hop Burst” technique, we Double Dry Hopped this one with tons of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, and Cascade. Expect this DIPA to be super soft with very little bitterness! Pouring a soft yellow-orange color, we’re finding big citrus notes of fresh orange and grapefruit zest with ripe berries, apricot, and light peach.
