¡Ay Dios Mio! is a Mexican style Lager, brewed with Flaked Maize and crafted using our updated lagering techniques. This batch features a single decoction mash and a low-and-slow fermentation, enhancing the corn character and bringing out notes reminiscent of fresh tortillas.

The refined recipe leans closer to a traditional Mexican lager, steering away from the fruity hop notes of past versions. Crisp, refreshing, and brewed for easy enjoyment, this is the perfect beer to share with friends on a hot day—no overthinking required.
